You already have some initial experience implementing UX designs for software solutions and would like to actively contribute to our product development? Then we have the perfect position for you!

- Conceptualizing and designing UX/UI solutions for web and app interfaces
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Close collaboration with Product Management and Development
- Contributing to the UX conception of new AI-powered products
- Conducting and analyzing usability tests
- Actively shaping our UX standards and design processes
Your Profile:
- Advanced studies in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Relevant practical experience in UX/UI design (e.g., through internships or working student positions)
- Confident use of common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of user experience, usability, and user-centered design processes
- Independent, structured working style and willingness to take on responsibility

Our office is a beautiful historic city villa in the heart of Potsdam. Our 20-person team has plenty of space to get creative, exchange ideas, or simply have fun together.
To take a break from the desk, we regularly organize team events—whether it’s a barbecue, movie night, or outdoor activities like a rafting trip on the picturesque Havel River.
As a working student, you will also have the opportunity to complete your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis with us. We have already supervised several students and are happy to support you in finding and developing your thesis topic.
