excentos can put up an Advisor smartphone application for any implemented Advisor that runs with a single or multiple product categories. Your customers can therefore fall back on the product information and recommendations provided by you at any time. Central elements of the smartphone app are: overview page, input elements, recommendations, reasoning and zoom-functionality. The page layout will very much look like the already implemented Blue Tomato app seen below:

 The excentos smartphone app can be customized according to your demands in the following ways:

Adapt Dialog and Interaction Design:

• Identification and selection of advisor topics

• Usability optimization for the smartphone application

Integration of further modules (optional)

excentos allows you to extend your smartphone app by further modules that also can be provided by third-party providers (in this case, exentos transfers all of the relevant sourcecode to the respective provider).

Currently, the excentos smartphone app is only available for the iPhone. The support of other smartphones like Android or Symbian is already scheduled and can be realized by request.
