Reasoning Engine

The Reasoning Engine states reasons for the recommended products of the advisory application. It explains in a way, that is for the user easy to understand, why recommendations are suitable and how they meet the individual needs of the customer.

• Reasoning picks up the given user inputs.

• Besides of the pro and contra argumentation the Reasoning names additional, context relevant product characteristics.

• For number values and gradual characteristics the direction of those values can additionally be regarded (e.g. "unfortunately, a little bit shorter than required").
