Dialog Engine

The excentos Dialog Engine acquires customer requirements within a face-to-face interview that are used to generate an adjusted user profile. This allows the product  advisor to provide personalized product recommendations, that really lead customers toward a purchase decision.

Within the Dialog Engine it is specified, which questions and answer options will be  shown to the user, including the order and the underlying conditions. excentos thereby offers different user interface variants that take individual requirements and user groups into account. Individualized solutions can be for instance:

• Wizard: gradually guides users through the advisory process; here, product recommendations are not presented before a certain amount of submitted user input is reached. 
  

• Explorer: Questions and answer options, as well as result lists, are simultaneously generated (possibly after showing a separate intro page). Result lists are automatically actualized after new user input.
